Graphite Refmin Pvt Ltd is an authorized dealer and super stockist of Mahakoshal refractories, operating in a traditionally offline, relationship-driven industrial ecosystem. The objective of this project was to design a digital platform that communicates credibility, product authenticity, and operational reliability while supporting the needs of engineers, procurement teams, and industrial buyers.

The primary challenge was simplifying a highly technical product ecosystem—including fire bricks, castables, refractory cement, and insulation materials—into a structure that is easy to navigate and quick to scan. The experience needed to reduce friction in product discovery while enabling users to evaluate specifications, understand compatibility, and take action without delay.

The UX strategy focused on high-intent user behavior, prioritizing authority, availability, and decision clarity. The platform was structured to establish trust early, surface key product information quickly, and guide users toward enquiry and quotation through clear, action-oriented pathways.
